Beaufort Betrayal, my first novel, began as a vision which I experienced nightly.  As I watched a young woman walk the streets of my beloved Beaufort, where I frequently sailed, I knew two things: it was not me and she was not under eminent danger.  After asking God for guidance, I wrote Beaufort Betrayal.  Although Tory was not in danger, in the beginning, she quickly became aware of a sinister plot for her demise.  The very sport which she loved, sailing, allowed her to overcome the evil plans.  A perfect summer read, the small size stows easily in the plane bag or beach tote.
